翻译任务描述：2023年08月10日，拿到新闻翻译稿件进行笔译，笔译 643字数

译前准备：

首先，我认真学习新闻稿件的文本特点、结构六要素以及信息传递的“倒金字塔”

形式等内容对新闻报道的特征有了深刻了解。其次，我仔细阅读并牢记委托方

关于译稿格式和内容方面的具体要求，例如篇幅长短，人名、地名、数字、货币、日期

等的翻译以及涉及政治敏感问题的处理方法。此外，我带着积累的这些知识点研读资

深同事的优秀译稿，留意其对委托方要求的应用和难题的处理，从中学习实用的翻译技

巧，力求提高自己的翻译水平。

翻译案例分析：

英语新闻标题上，通常力图在有限字数内最大程度地吸引读者的阅读兴趣，因此新闻标

题时常不合语法甚至不合逻辑，直接翻译出来的译文标题难以读通。若此类标题所激发

的框架在目的语读者的认知背景中缺失或存在偏颇，将会影响目的语读者的阅读兴趣及

信息传达的准确性。新闻标题应遵循以下原则：①选择生动鲜活具象的词汇，避免空洞

抽象的词, 同时尽量少用形容词和副词。②能用主动语态就不要用被动语态，主动语态

的动作感更明显，更凸显影响力③新闻标题以现在时居多英语新闻标题选择采用一般现

在时从形式上来增强报道的新鲜感、现实感和直接感，使读者有身临其境的现场代入

感，这叫做“新闻现在时”。④在字数上能省则省，省略be动词、冠词还有物主

代词等，有时还会使用分号或逗号代替and。

新闻的导语，是语句规范严谨的段落，交代新闻事件的主要信息，而中英文阐述事件

信息的逻辑和行文表达均存在较大差异。导语中可以先交代除why以外的其它四W，然

后在新闻主体部分具体展开讲why and how。在实操过程中可以灵活处理，但大原则不

变，先说重点。新闻中最重要的莫过于对主要事实的交代，导语只有开篇一小段，所以

还是要按照倒金字塔原则，选择最重要的、最能吸引注意力的新闻事实。此外，英语时

事新闻导语偶尔出现不合常规搭配的表达方式，以便在有限的行文中传递特定含义或情

感。将新闻导语中的此类表达“生搬硬套”地进行翻译，译文将难以实现基本的语言流

畅及逻辑连贯。

例：近期，中国中部河南省的省会城市郑州，崛起为现代工业中心，吸引了大量高科技

新闻正文，在行文中会涉及各个领域的词语表达，复杂多变的句法结构以及形式各样的

写作手法。在时事新闻的正文中，同一词汇在不同场景中所激活的框架可能不同，需要

加以辨别，不能一概而论。此外，由于中英文在句法形式方面存在较大差异，翻译出来

的译文场景可能与原文场景出现偏差。

反思/心得体会：

由于我翻译能力和知识面有限，译文质量和报告论述等方面需要改进。时事新闻涉及

到国际政治、经济、文化等各方面的背景知识，笔者知识面有限，对于一些词汇或表达

的翻译可能不太精准，翻译质量需要进一步有所提高。我会在之后的学习和生活中更多地阅读国际时事新闻,积累时事及各方面的专业知识,逐步扩大自己的知识面，为翻译工作打下良好的背景知识基础。此外，我会养成阅读各个翻译文章的好习惯，熟练掌握新

闻翻译技巧，灵活应用翻译理论和策略，努力提高自己的翻译水平。
